Default what motor mount inserts to run in the Upper Motor mounts?

I have the ES inserts that go in the two lower torque mounts and the rear T mount. What is there for the two other upper mounts?

Place racing makes one for the mount near the timing belt, looks like stock just has beefier polyureathane. Don't know about tranny one....

Using widow weld from Vatozone is a cheap alternative.
