Default Eg B16A SIRII Hesitation, Rough Idle, Running Rich

Hi I Have a B16A SIRII and i'v been experiencing some issues

1.The car sometimes randomly hesitates while in gear
-for example while cruizing in gear when i want to accelerate the car takes a few seconds to kick in and go, but this only happens sometimes. It happens in multiple gears and is quite annoying.

2.Ive been trying to fix my rough idle, it idles between 900 and 300-400rpms
Ive cleaned the IACV and throttle body, tried filling up the tank full like i usually do, added fuel injector cleaner and bled the coolant lines... no change

3.The car also runs rich, I burn more than i used to about 2L/100km more getting about 9.5-10L/100km mixed, the sparkplugs look burnt, and you can smell it from the exhaust. The car is quite smokey (white) but it is below freeizing temp outside. It just seems like it smokes more than it should.
It dosent smell like coolant, nor does it look like there is coolant in my oil

any ideas?

Today im going to replace the fuel filter, spark plugs and clean the fuel injectors and if i still have time im thinking of cleaning the FITV

Thanks

as stupid as this sounds, but my map sensor plug on my wiring harness wasn't getting any power and all that was happening to my car. Check that..once it fixed that problem, it worked great. still a rough idle though, but i just unplugged the Iacv

UPDATE: Alright so I've changed my Sparks and fuel filter, and it seems to run smoother but still no change in the idle or the hesitation issue. Ive noticed that spark plugs 1 and two had oil on the upper portion where the plugs go into the plug holes... could it be a valve cover gasket? I never noticed any oil loss, there is no coolant in my oil and after changing the fuel filter and sparks i noticed that the car dosn't look like its as smokey as before... it seems to be normal now.

So next ill be cleaning my injectors, FITV and checking the timing

One more thing i forgot to mention... the car slightly sounds like a diesel if that helps at all... I honestly think its the timing but ill be checking that next week

New plugs will make a difference, but there probably another issue, and can cause the plugs to foul.

Hey guys its been a while... it was difficult to check timing while the car was at operating temp due to the rough idle, however when it was warming up and the idle was not fluctuating the timing appeared to be dead on perfect.

The car is still hesitating and burning rich and honestly i dont know where to go next without spending money.

For the idle issue... if it helps, when i blip the gas and it stops at about 800rpm, it sits steady for a sec or two before returning to the rough idle.... should i maybe focus on a new iacv?

There dont seem to be any vacuum leaks so im pretty stumped of what could be wrong... the very light knock sound dosent help either...

Thanks
