H23 vtec swap in 2000 accord from F23
I just read someone else thread post and in it a person replied back
gas mileage would be worse than F23 where I get 32 mpg is this correct
and how would it still a 4L 2.3 just more hp and torque
if I drove it the same as F23 wouldn't be around the same

yes, If all you do is cruise the highway with a long geared trans. You will see 28-30 MPG on a healthy H23A VTEC. However, if you enjoy driving and actually make use of the VTEC. It won't be quite as fuel friendly.
Doing both with an H23A VTEC & trans you would probably average around 25-26mpg. Depending on the health of the engine of course. The transmission you use is key as well.
