VTEC X-over for stock ITR?

Whats the stock VTEC X-Over for 00 ITR?
With VAFC and chipped P28 and IHE, whats a good x-over? 5500?

stock is ~5700rpms

stock=5700 rpm
only the dyno has the answers to your secong question

dyno and find out... start around 5100-5300

mine is set at 5300 with stock cams. picked up 10whp by lowering it those 400 rpms in that range
