Default High Idle coming to stop. its annoying me.

Well car runs fine. but whenever I'm coming to a stop it idles at 2-3k RPMs. I know thats not normal, but when I get to a stop it idles normally. Only whenever I put it into neutral coming to a stop.

I recently just removed the TB and cleaned IACV and everything involving the TB, and put it back on. Adjusted the throttle stop screw lower, and the tps adjusted, then it ran perfectly, just the way I wanted, but the Check engine light came on, and SOMETIMES the motor cuts off whenever I put it into neutral coasting. So I set everything back to the way it was, but now I'm just dumbfounded, I'm back to square one with the same old problem.

Any HELP? Suggestions? Anything? Please & Thank you, I don't have much time to work on the car so anything to make this faster would help a lot.

Could it be the PCV assembly, TPS? Whaaaaat

You should never touch the throttle stop screw. They are set from the factory. You need to set it so that the throttle plate gets as close to the throttle body without actually touching it. It may not be closing all the way.

Second, pull the check engine code.

Check engine code is now gone. Most likely because of the tps connection.

And I should clarify it more closely, not only when coming to a stop, but whenever put into neutral, or holding the clutch down.

and yeah, co-worker from a honda dealership itself told me.

It went away though. I didn't do anything to erase it, just took everything off, put it back where it originally was, and it was gone. A Check engine light came on earlier today aswell, but it went away 10 seconds later.
