Default Braking issue, help needed.

Well I have a 94' CX hatch. I did a integra disc upgrade on all four corners. Everything was working fine, then the car was parked for a good 6 months and the braking was horrible after that. The braking would barely slow the car down even when it is slowly rolling. I had changed the master cylinder to a 1" w/ the integra brake booster. I had also changed the brakes and bought a brand new 40/40 prop valve and also just changed the right rear caliper due to the piston being stuck. I'm out of ideas, any suggestion would really be appreciated.

did try bleeding the brakes by any chance it might just be air and if you keep using the car like that you might mess up the master cylinder, if you have time can you check out my question thanks

Yes, I have already bleed the brakes. I notice the braking has gotten stiffer on the pedal, would that be caused from something being off or something being malfunction?

If your pedal has gotten STIFFER after bleeding your brakes, that is a good thing, it just means you have removed any remaining air in the brake lines. This could be the cause of your bad braking experience, is the car still not braking correctly after you bled the brakes?

FWIW, you will want to bleed in the following order right rear, left rear, right front, left front.

I'll have to try bleeding the brakes in the order you suggested to see if that would help. I have bleed the brakes several times after the installation of all the parts I thought that would be the cause but the car still slides even in a 5 mph roll. I have to really press down on the pedal to get it to grab. Any other suggestions?

What has me stumped is that you said your car worked fine with after the brake conversion and then after 6 months it just all of a sudden stopped working..bleeding in the correct sequence may help, but since you have bled it several times since then, I doubt it will correct your issue.

Let me see what some of our other guys might have to say about it. Do you have good pads and rotors on the car?

Yeah I just recently bought new pads from Advance Autoparts for all four corners. I was thinking about taking the disc to a shop to resurface all of them but the disc don't look bad at all. I notice that when I drove the car around the block I can hear one of the rear disc is a little warped.

Did you check to see if the caliper slide pins are seized? Clean and lubricate them with synthetic brake lube. Do not put neverseize on them.

Ok, sorry for the late response. I have check the slide pins and bleed the braking system but no change. Could the hardness of the pedal tell me something about the m/c or brake booster? Should the pedal have a softer tension for braking?
