Default HELP WITH EXHAUST MANIFOLD .....

My friend has a honda civic si 99 (b16a2) and buy a garrett 3071, he loves te A/C and don't want to remove.
What kind of exhaust manifold fit well with the A/C ???????

Did he buy GT3071R with internal wastegate, or the one with external.

show a picture of the turbo or a similar picture from the web, so we can help.

3071R A/R 0.63, turbine wheel 60mm and external wastegate

just use a log manifold its simple, compact, quick spooling and A/C friendly

Inline pro makes a sweet cast stainless manifold, I went with full-race for mine. There are bunch more companies out there just don't have experience first hand my self.

no prob logs are the best for quick spooling anything else is just for looks or for the ability to run a larger down pipe, or to run a divided hot side for quicker spool on a bigger turbo. if you plan on running an open housing I would for sure use a long or a mini ram horn ramhorns are good for spool as well and some of them are A/C compatible just gotta do your research. good luck
