Jeebus
Either it's REALLY frickin cold there, or you're burning coolant dude
What does the smoke smell like?
Kinda sweet, or like burning oil?
If it's the former, you may have further head gasket issues/warped head or block and therefore burning coolant
If it's the latter, especially with your lower compression, you may have badly worn rings and therefore burning oil

watch your oil level and coolant level, youll be able to tell what its burning (if anything) easily

What were the compression numbers? Although, I doubt that is it, seeing as the smoke is white.

When you did the HG, did you check the block/head to see if it was warpped?

head wasnt warp it was flat i did a leak down and all cycl were under 20%
that day i recorded the vid it was only 50 degrees out not too cold.

I filled up the oil all the way full and and started for 15 mins and the oil level went down to half on the dip stick Im thinking its really wore rings the motor has 215xxx miles on it

i dont remember the comp numbers sorry

whats it smell like? cuz it looks like coolant? if you just replaced the headgasket did you put it on the right direction? I have done this before myself and fired the motor and I had water and coolant leaking out places it shouldnt. I pulled the head off and realized i should have just went to bed ensted of trying to rush through the build hahaha have you boosed this motor before?

yes it put it on the right direction it smoked before i did the hg also and it smells like burnt oil
the coolant level is fine. it has oil residue all in the exhaust of the car.
the motor has never been boosted.

You say you also replaced the valve guide seals correct?
I'm starting to wonder if that might be the problem if you've got loads of oil in the exhaust...

I had a car did the same thing. My problem was the rings. Yours is either the rings or the valve seals. When you replace the seals did you do one at a time or remove all at once?

most likely the rings, was the comp test done when the engine had already been warmed up?

Do a wet compression test, squirt a little oil into the cylinders via spark plug hole and see if the compression numbers increase

You answered your own question, chances are rings. 50 degrees too warm for it to normal exhaust. If you put oil in and lost that much I am guessing rings.

I am burning oil as well, but not that bad.
