It will with some work. I have a greddy MX muffler from an integra on my crx. I had to trim down the exit pipe and re position the tip just a tad. Not hard. As for a sedan it shouldn't be much different. Do u have the muffler off the car? I removed my muffler and tack welded the integra one in to get an estimate of how much to cut.
The civic ef sedan has longer out pipes like the DA integras... the CRX and civic hatch both have short out pipes.
I ordered the GSR muffler today.. Going to install it soon and let you know how it goes.

I know the muffler exit is longer then the crx/hatch but the DA muffler tip was out about a good 4-5 inches from my rear bumper. I forgot to mention I had to modify the angle of the exit as well. But I had the greddy mx. Hopefully you'll have better luck with the oem one.
i had a da muffler in my crx but should be relevant
to a civic. piping had to be shortened on both ends. muffler shop took care of that.

I took some pics of my 1992 GSR muffler installed on my 1988 LX sedan. All I had to do was relocate the hangers. I also put 2 coats of high heat spray flat black paint on it for extra corossian protection.

I'm going to change out the Si tips for GSR tips.

So it does bolt right up to the oem exhaust piping? Looks sweet. the GSR tips do look a lot nicer. Wonder if those can be purchased alone?
