Default koni yellow bolt size

The bottom bolt on my koni yellows fell out and I need to know what size it is, so I can go to lowest and buy one. I got 12x1.5 searching the internet , but still haven't found anything. I would call koni, but they're closed. Anyone know? Thanks. I have an rsx BTW

one way you can getting it going right now is it to drill out the nut and use a grade 8 nut/bolt combo. i'm fairly sure it's 3/8" and just measure for the correct length. or, just go to lowes with the bolt you already have and buy one the same size. the metric bolts MUST be rated 12.9 if you can find them and by finding it usually means ordering from a specialty nut/bolt company.

option B is just going to acura and buying the correct honda part which honestly would be easier if you want to use the koni nut

no clue what shock that car fits, in a situation like that use a thread tester to determine pitch then order the correct bolt either via koni or a bolt store. most bolt stores have testers you can use to determine pitch. take the shock with you and google your local nut n bolt stores

can be, and it's not just the right bolt, it has to be the correct strength as well. generally if you replace any oem bolt with one from a store it should be grade 8 or metric 12.9. even if koni told you what the bolt was it would enable you to call around and ask for the correct bolt
