Default Cylinder 4 not reaching tdc. Crank will not rotate by hand????

I blew a headgasket. Car ran for possibly four to five minutes. Milky oil all in the pan. Fix it all turn it back on and the car knocks horribly and all the lights come on the dash.
Cut it off instantly.
Pull plugs and try and rotate by hand but stops at a certain point and cannot make a full rotation.
Took the head off.
Cylinder 4 is not making it all the way to tdc and its off id say a quarter to half inch from cylinder 1
the point it seizes up is when all the pistons are in the middle of the block.

What could this be? Is it blown?

Bent rod. Replace the engine.
