2000 honda civic dx 150k- so this car was blowing smoke when the engine would be revved high. did a leakdown test and found cylinder leaks between two cylinders. determined it was a cracked or warped head, or bad head gasket. bought a used head from a salvage yard with only 75k on it. got all new gaskets from the dealer. got the head milled and installed the head. put it all back together and now its misfiring on cylinder number three. check engine light is flashing away. if i revv the engine it throws codes from random multiple misfires, cylinder 1 misfire, cylinder 3 misfire, and cylinder 4 misfire. what the f*ck is going on here.

is there anyway to have the cam off 180 degrees from the crank even though all the tdc marks are lined up? the crankshaft does 2 rotations for every 1 rotation of the cam. so theoretically the tdc mark on the crank can line up correctly twice. if the marks are lined up am i good? or do i have to take the timing belt back off, turn the crank 180 degrees, and put it all back together.
any ideas are appreciated

In what condition are the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor?

Are the coil and ICM also new?

Have you compression tested the cylinders?

Does unplugging the primary O2 sensor prevent the misfiring?
