can they adjust caster and toe in the rear or only the front

Neither.

There is no such thing as caster in the rear.

Aside from that, caster isn't adjustable in the front either.

yes they can adjust toe on the rear u have adjustments on the rear trailing arms.

Using stock components they can adjust the toe and camber in the front. Just toe in the rear. You can get creative with washers to get more positive camber in the rear.

Wrong.

Only toe is adjustable. Every single Civic has been this way for the past 30 years.

Exactly. I used to do alignments when I worked for Honda. The only thing you can adjust is the toe, if you need to adjust camber you need adjustable upper control arms.

You can get adjustable coilovers and when you adjust the ride height, it will affect camber. This is more if you're trying to gain negative camber, not adjust it like for an alignment.
