Default fully built 2.0 GSR blue smoke from exhaust

my car had been sitting in the garage for over a year now since I was deployed. just recently changed the oil and coolant when I got back "sept. 2011" along with a new turbo kit. started up the car yesterday and notice alot of blue smoke coming from the exhaust

note: only one vacuum hose is hook up to the back of the intake manifold. nothing is hook up on the wg, bov and greddy bc and using rotella t 15w40 motor oil

im wondering if the rings took a crap since the car was sitting so long..

have someone drive the car and see if it burns when decelerating or both on accel and decel.

So it started smoking after the turbo install or just after sitting for the year? Could be many things

motor has roughly 7500k miles since the built...could it just be burning off all the old oil that didn't get drain out?...motor sounds a little rough also but again no vacuum hose was hook up.

you probably just need to run it...for a while..maybe the oil control rings are stuck...do a compression and leak down test...and get it tune...
