I have a few chipped & socketed OBD1 P28-Spec ECUs to sell/trade. They were P06/P75/PR4 ECUs that have been converted to run VTEC and non-VTEC engines. Will work on all 1988-2001 B/H/D-series engines. $120 for each one. They are all tested and are in working condition. I can burn a base-map so you can get your car started/running for an additional $20. You can bring your car to test the ECU upon purchasing if you please.

I can also chip/convert your ECU.
