state ref???

i have a b16 bottom end and a gsr head is it possible to pass state reff with this setup???

b16 what us or jdm ?? do u have a cat? are all sensors hooked up ?? do u have legal header intake ? do u have check engine light on ??

most likely not cuz they gonna check the stamp on the block and its suppose to have a # at the end ...b16a1

no its already passed a visual just is there anyway for it too pass smog i dont now wat would be the best ecu for the setup and should i hook up the knock sensor

theres no check engine light stock header and there is a cat
