What is your budget and who will be doing the swap?

Ether or will end up giving you just about the same output. Really comes down to your preference and how much you want to spend.

A little turbocharger setup for that F22 would certainly give ya a little get up.

OK so is labour free????

So do you know how much will it cost to get one of these motors to your door? Add basic maintenance costs and additional parts on top of that, IE, mounts, gaskets, seals, timing belts and fluids.

Are you looking to do any sort of upgrades or tuning or just run a stock ECU/EMS?

In my opinion you could toss a coin to pick between ether of these engines if cost is no factor.

From Hmotorsonline your looking at approx. $2800+ shipping for a complete H22A (Euro R w/LSD trans, cables, mounts and ECU. Or $2000+ shipping for an H23A VTEC long block with LSD trans and ECU. Probably won't need the trans cables if you already have a 5 spd Accord.

There are quite a few built H22A Accords around. You could also try hondasociety.com. There are quite a few H22A, H23A VTEC & F20B swapped CD Accord owners on that site as well. Boosted and N/A

Most of the guys online that post about doing swaps swear by Hmotors. I wouldn't be able to suggest any other from personal experience. I have never purchased an engine online.
