help what to put on rear poly bushings squeaking
my skunk2 rear upper arms poly bushing are squeaking like crazy i tried blaster white lithium greese it did nothing and blaster garage door libe ot worked for one day

unless you can somehow pry them out while the arm is still on the car (using c-clamp or something) it's likely the arms have to come off..

Did you have to lube these before you installed them? Skunk2 doesn't say anything about that on their site.
To do it right, you'll need to push or press out the inner sleeve, lube it with
the silicone and re-install the sleeve. Then slather the contact area of the poly.
Don't know if you can remove the bushings on these. I've only done Energy poly
bushings.

I would call up Skunk and ask them if those bushings are meant to come out before you press them out and either f**ck them up or realize that you can't get them back in. Also its rarely the camber kit bushings that are squeaking. Its usually the bushings on the lower control arms. In any case there is no spray or aresol lubricant that you will be able to spray on them from the outside to properly lubricate them. You will need to take them off and do it manually with the material that HondaPartsHero mentioned. There are no shortcuts to suspension fixes. Especially with polyurethane bushings.
