Take the front wheels off (assuming thats where it's coming from) and look at the black dust shields. Sounds like it's rubbing against the rotor. Either that your your pads are down to the metal destroying your rotors.
Pic for reference. This is the shield, the rotor obv is not in this pic. Sometimes they warp, or something hit it and now it's rubbing the rotor.
Does your car have abs? I had the same thing and I fixed it by bending something. It is hard to describe so bear with me. Mine was in the rear. I was able to stick a flat head screwdriver between the rotor and hub and bend something. I would start by jacking it up and find out which wheel it is coming from. To be honest it probably took up more time for me to write this than it would have been for you to fix this on your own.

Push the dust shield back with a long screwdriver.
If that doesn't fix it, take the wheel off and remove the pads, look for anything out of the ordinary.
If that doesn't fix it, drive your car off a cliff and burn it to the ground

Unless your brake pedal feels lower then normal its your brake dust shields. Not a big deal you can push them back with your hands.
Thanks for posting the video - very easy to diagnose my scraping as the same issue.
Thanks for the posts for how to fix it - as Markley stated, it took longer for me to log in here and submit this post as it did for me to fix the "splash guards"
