Default d15b7 w/ z6 intake many in ex 4 door problems

well finally got my gas mileage build going. It is a d15b7 with a z6 intake and a ebay header. Also i deleted the coolant lines to the iac and the throttle body running a po6 ecu. The car has good power cant find any vacuum leaks but the idle is surging from 700-1200 rpms back and forth already tried another iac still does the same thing. The brake booster has a vacuum leak even when i disconnected that vacuum line the surging still continued. no check engine lights as of yet.

1. Bleed your coolant
https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/how-bleed-cooling-system-2341744/

2.Clean and adjust FITV

do i need to do a block off plate for the fitv since we deleted the coolant line to it? It looks like the fitv works off the coolant heat.

Most people do. You can do it with a thin piece of aluminum (some people use from a soda can).

If you deleted the coolant lines to the IAC then you will have a hunting idle. The IAC works by coolant temp changes.
