Instead of going with a b18 can I use gsr internals on my b16 to make it a stroker 1.8?

yea the r/s ratio will be decreased from the b16...but then again you will have more torque...

just sleeve the b16 to 84mm and have a super high revving 1.8 liter. Wont put out as much torque as the 87.2 crank but will still run well.

The block is shorter than a gsr block so you will need custom rods, which are bux.

deck height of the B16A is 7 mm shorter than the B18C, the pistons would stick out of the block.

could one add a deck plate? or something to that effect? What about LS rods? I've been thinking about doing this for some time now, just to see what will happen.

it was my understanding b16 rods were stronger than LS rods, and especially stronger than the rod bolts the LS rods use.
