Default Bad distributor???

So I have a 95 integra gsr with a lsvtec in it. Its giving me a lot of problems and im trying to fix it. First off if I give it more then %50 throttle and bogs down and shakes a little bit and sets at 3K but if I baby the throttle it goes up just fine in the rps. 2nd thing is if I turn the key sometimes it does nothing and then if I try again it will fire up. 3rd thing is surg in idle. And 4th thing is the wires that go to the dizzy look like this. I didnt do this it was think this when I bought the car. I hope someone on here can help me out

Those wires have been resoldered and shrink wrapped.

Are there any CELs? Have you checked all your ground wires?

No cells checked all the ground wires they are all good. I even just took my cap and rotor off and checked them. There was a little bit of stuff in the bottom of the cap but nothing big. But I did notice something different in the coil spring there was a pack of blue corrosion in the middle of the spring I dont know if thats normal or not. But I took the icm out and had it tested at autozone and it tested ok. So im really getting lost on this. Oh and I put everything back togther and I turned the key it took a couple of sec to get any spark but then started fine. But still has the problems....

Corrosion is never good. Did you just eyeball the grounds or actually took them off and cleaned them?

Some look soldered. The other looks like connectors. Both those plugs are going to the distributor.
