Does anyone know where I could get some vent that look like this?
I don't think any company makes a hood like this for JDM DC2, so i think i will have to make my own...
Like cutting into my hood and then glue the vent under it. But i've been searching on and off for over 9 months now, don't seem to find it... and I can't find any DIY that would show me how to make this either.

 

If you did this yourself it would either need to be cut and welder or fiber glassed. I would say fiberglass would be easier cheaper and better for the sake of weight. There are tons of DIY on fiber glassing, so do some research and you should have no prob doing it all yourself, i personally love doing it. gl!

 

I know how to DIY, and I am planning to just fibreglass it... What i need to know however, is where to buy the pre-fab vent... the rest of the cutting and fitting shouldn't be too hard.

I bought a beat up CF hood couple years ago, patched it up and just primered the whole thing black, so i have no problem cutting the hood...

 

Look for a pair of fiberglass Z3 style vents to cut up and glass in. Should be pretty cheap.
