91 ef converted to obd1, need resistor box again lol
how do i put it back in, i bought a set of injectors from crvtectim and there low impedance so they require that i put the injector box back in but i dont even know where to start. its a 91LX converted to mpfi and obd1. do i just go to that green injector plug where all of the wires are connected and put the resistor box there? i can unplug the part where all of the wires are connected easily.
I have obd1 injectors in the car. I bought rc310s and i didnt know they were low impedance when i bought them. And i got them for 40 bucks so i cant complain. Ill take a pic after my finals
I bought this off Ebay since I'm using obd1 injectors with a obd0 ecu. That way if I ever need to swap the injectors to obd0 ones, I just unplug this and plug in a resistor box and I'm good to go.

Im just gonna try what i said tomorrow to see if it works. The resistor box will cause the injectors to get 5.5v instead of 12v needed by high impedance injectors

Yes.
I am reading your post 2 ways though.
Do you have an 'injector resistor box delete' plug on your harness?
If so, just pull it out and plug in the resistor box.
Done.
If you don't have the plug, then ...
You have 4 smaller wires from the engine harness that connect to one wire that runs into the cabin.
Each of the smaller wires go to one injector.
The one wire goes to the main relay for power.
So just separate the 4 wires and hook them to the plug for the resistor box.
In this pic you see 4 black wires - they are the the 4 wires.
All connections provide the same resistance so it won't really matter to which spot you connect.
Then hook up one wire to the box where the red wire in the pic is and you are done.

You can even make your own box... but the OEM box will dissipate heat better since the housing is a large heat sink.

thx 4dref, yea i assumed the way i thought it should be done was confirmed but heres a night pic of my filthy bay for referance
left circle is a "homemade" delete, top right circle is the oem wiring for the injectors that went to thee resistor box, and the bottom right circle is the plug for the accord resistor box that i got from the junkyard. the plug is not plug and play but if i use my original resistor boxes "delete" plug then it will be. the colors are not the same but there is one wire that is different just like on our cars so it should work
