97 Accord with OBD1 H22 won't start. Need help.
Recently I swapped a JDM OBD1 H22 into my 97 Accord LX.
Initially I had starting issues due to bad jumper harness (issue resolved)
After a new jumper harness the car started fine except for a hunting idle and CEL code 41
I cleaned IACV and adjusted FITV, also installed a new O2 sensor with a higher output heater. This mostly fixed the idle issue but still kept getting the code 41 and occasionally a code 10.Today I tried a third O2 sensor. I started the car after but forgot to reset CEL. The car started fine. I turned the car off, unplugged the ECU to reset CEL. After plugging the ECU back in the car cranks but will not start. Check fuses, fuel pump primes, and getting 12v at the distributor. Anyone have any ideas? Because frankly, I'm over this car and this swap right now.

You don't need to unplug the ecu to reset the cel. You just need to remove the radio/backup fuse or the negative cable. How did you resolve the jumper harness issue. Perhaps the connector(s) isn't quite fully plugged in.
I bought a new jumper harness. I have been driving the car for about a week or so. It cranked and ran up fine before I reset the ECU. I unplugged the ECU to reset it because it is still out in the floorboard and it was closer than the fuse under the hood. I double checked the plugs were connected properly. It cranks and sounds like it wants to start, but dies out immediately.
I don't know if you drove the car for a bit before turning it off and disconnecting the ECU(which I don't understand how that could be easier than pulling a fuse with your two fingers and putting it back in, but that's another story), but if the only thing was taking out of the ecu and putting it back in caused the car not to turn over thereafter then I don't see how anything else could be the problem besides either the new harness, the old connectors, or the pins on the ecu. It would make sense that something is not connected. But that's just my guess.
Got it to start this morning by giving it half throttle while cranking. It fired up, but ran kinda rough. Getting a code 10. Would a bad IAT cause this issue?
