whats the best D16 motor or d16 combo for a daily driver 250hp.

That is a matter of personal preference. It depends greatly on what you plan to use the car for.

he did specify, daily driver
now to answer your question the vtec D series generally make better power easier. check out Dseries.org they know their little single sticks
