idea on how to make these
looking to make some of these from mild steel so i can run my tubing stright up from the collector mybe a bigger tubing can be used not to sure .[IMG]

exact same process as making any kind of collector....
clamp it in a jig cut an angle... rotate... repeat. weld together....

Those look alot easier than turbo collectors.
If your going the thinwall rout, just buy a stamped collector, looks almost identical to what you have pictured, just no seams.

They don't perform anywhere near a true merge collector.
Many cheap headers for common V8 applications use these formed or stamped collectors. Compare to true merge collectors, there is no comparison.
