I'm looking for them in aluminum and stainless, the tough part being the 5/32" diameter. Needed grip range is 0.063 to 0.187". If anyone in the business has a line on these I'd appreciate it.

I'm open to rivets of other makes though it needs to be structural. That is, the retained mandrel needs to run the entire length of the rivet, not snapped off short like typical pop-rivets.

A number of places carry Q rivets but don't have the above sizes

These had the best prices around out of 8 vendors I called. Make sure to call around too because I received drastically different pricing, up to 4:1 difference...
