DC5 Brembo brake conversion on EP3
I was thinking doing a Dc5 brembo brake conversion on my 02 ep3, but I'm not sure or if i go with base rsx or rsx type s. and suggestion, review about the brembo that some people done on their ep3?? need help guys.
I'm a little confused by your question... if you do the Brembo brake conversion thats off the typeR. Are you talking about ONLY buying the calipers? Not the whole setup? Because if so then you can't run Type-S or Base rotors and parts. You need something like S2000 rotors and spacers depending on wheel selection.
I looked into doing the ITR brembo setup but in the end found it less headache and cheaper to just run a brand new StopTech big brake upgrade for my ride.
With an ep3 you still need to convert to 5lug so you will need the WHOLE setup. I've seen plenty of sales for full ITR hubs, control arms, rotors, calipers, etc. You would want to look into that.
How much research have you really tried on your own?

Sorry about the confusion, well I can get the full ITR brembo setup for cheap, thats why I was asking if it's worthed to it on ep3, some people says it's not wrothed a lot problems some bolth they don't line up propley. That's why I was asking if it's too much headache, then I can just do 5 both Rsx. Thanks
It's really not that hard if your willing to do the conversion. I did the conversion on my rsx and i got DBA 5000 series rotors from clubrsx and hawks pads from a 2003 nissian 250z track and your good to go.
and alignment should go much harder if u have different parts? i got this DC5 R susp for 750 $
I have the full DC5R setup on my ep3. It wasn't hard at all. As long as you can get all the parts from whoever you get it from you shouldn't have a problem.
The only issue I'm still dealing with is that the place I got my swap from didn't have the axles as they thought they did so they ended up getting me DSS level 0 axles. I have a clunking that I'll blame on them since I've heard so many others complain. But at this point buying an oem set isn't worth it.

i had worried about holes in struts, but still i got my DC5R top plates - ok
now it should be new: strut bolts, stabilizer bar RSX Type S (front-rear), the only think i doubt is my master/buster of RSX (base) is it good? prop valve RSX (base) too
