Default DA brake conversion

hey all im new and need some help with something
have a 1992 rs teggy i want bigger calipers and rotors
will the calipers and brackets from the itr fit
or what are the options for me any help would be great

The rotors are bigger too, you would need to do more than just swap calipers and brackets.

get what fixed im confused the car runs top notch i want bigger brakes so was wondering if itr or grs caliper work with changing the brackets

Yes but they are nearly identical except for the RTA bushing.

He is just a troll, nevermind him.

P.S. DC brake components will fit on DA knuckles/trailing arms. But DA & DC brakes are the same size so there is no advantage there.

dude u have to search but since you seem lazy

DC and DA have diff size RTA bushings, DA bushing is bigger




if you want bigger brakes get some ITR/Legend/NSX calipers
shave off 2.8mm off of the bracket
then get some 11.1in prelude vtec rotors redrilled to 4x100
and a 1in BMC

how are they bigger i just talked to the guys at honda acura dealership the replacement bushing are the same part number from raybestos 1988-2000 civic and for 1990-1998 integra

yup a tech at honda told me to go to the website rockauto never heard of it before **** this place has everything
they have compatiblity crossover charts what part will fit on what

the part numbers are different, look it up www.acuraautomotiveparts.org

thanks guy appreciate all the help and knowledge
see and thats why i ask so i can find out lil tid bits of info on the subject IMO there is no stupid questions its how we learn. i just cant stand ppl who get a attitude when ppl ask a question on here, not all of us can spend the time looking through every lil forum article
but when we do find the article everyone has the own opinion or knowledge so we have to de-cypher the ***** and ask more questions sorry im venting been a long day i'll shut up
