Default Cammed b18c - 6262 Finally!

Ok, so I've finally got my setup almost 100%

B18C stock sleeve - cp pistons, manley rods
B16 head mild port - supertech valvesprings, retainers, valves
Skunk2 Tuner 2s
AEM cam gears
VictorX manifold
70mm Omni TB
6262sp .82 a/r
ID1000
walbro 255lph

Looking for 550whp

For those of you with similar setups, where did you end up with the gears? I'm aware it's not an exact science just looking to get an idea so I can save time on the dyno.

Similar to NA, i.e. intake ahead of exhaust?

Also, anyone running the 400lph walbros? Can I run stock feed/return lines with the 400lph or do I need to upgrade for my 550whp goal?

I did 600 on stock lines, walbro 255, ID1000s and a good return line.

Nothing to do with your question but 550whp on a stock sleeve is playing with fire.

Thanks. There's a method to the madness - 550whp is a goal, I'll see what's possible/safe when I get it on the dyno.

i swapped out my feed and return lines for -6an not because i needed to, but because i wanted to run the stock motor until i couldnt anymore and put a built motor in and not have to go through that process later...your going to want more horsepower after your done its been said time and time again...you dont want your car to be limited.....

A wise man once told me "Motors will blow if the fuel doesnt flow"

Leave the gears zero'd out till the final tune and then figure out which way you want to shift the powerband.
