I hit my max boost everyday and I run 93 octane.

First post you didn't say anything to even give a hint for what 'max boost' on YOUR car is.
Second post you said 'psi' which is totally meaningless without knowing what turbo.

Why are you even asking?
Just have your car tuned with 95 octane in the tank.

I'm gonna guess that you will need to run about 20-30 lbs. of boost to hit 400whp.

Since you have the PWM solenoid and neptune with boost by gear capabilities, you could run a 10-12lb. spring in the wastegate and up the boost from there. It would help with traction in 1st and 2nd gear.
