5 speed swap smog question
Ive done alot of research an not much has come up i kno what i need to swap it and all that great stuff but..... my concern is will it pass smog seeing as im obd2 an i need to change my ecu to run the five speed an changing the ecu means different vin number in the ecu and my vin reads automatic. will fail inspection do to the swap?
