Icon2 no compression in one cylinder on my f23

i did a compression test on my car i got good compression in three cylinders an none in one of them what can cause that to happen

Bent valves, Burnt exhaust valves, or Worn out compression rings.

thanks guys i figured that would be it i just wanted to get a couple inputs an my car isnt burning any oil so i dont think its the stem seals but i could still possible have bad compression rings in that one cylinder

an i know there is no hole in my piston i have ran nos in my old civic so i know wut a hole in the piston will do

so everyone knows it ended up being a burnt valve on the intake side of the number 4 cylinder thanks ctcgene an so everybody knows it cost around 500 dollars to replace all valves but u will have a brand new head pretty much
