will coilovers from an rsx fit in an ep3 ?
and the exhaust set up is it the same ??

my friend blew up his base model rsx so i figured i could take his coilovers that are new and his exhaust if it will fit properly

Suspension is the same but the exhaust is longer and it will need modification

you'll need rsx outer tie rods if using rsx struts

if you are getting the coilovers from the rsx, it would be a good idea to get inverted tie rod ends to help with the terrible lack of toe adjustment as well as the angle of the tie rods.

in regards to the exhaust, if it's just the stock exhaust, don't bother since it's a base RSX. However, in general, if you wanted to use a type S header, you will need the type S midpipe as well, and then it will bolt on to whatever EP3 specific axle back exhaust you have.

this is all true lol i learned the hard way buyin used coilovers that were for a rsx and didnt know about the outer tie rods

Don't forget, you have to shave the metal sleeve in the bushing of the rear struts/coilovers. Go slow... lol
