doee being able to chirp tires in 2nd and 3rd indicate clutch is still good?

When I shift quick And at high rpm I can consistenly chirp the tires in 2nd and 3rd gear. And I have no idea how old the clutch is. Is this an indication of a strong clutch with a lot of life on it?

Since you gave absolutely NO car information I can only assume that it indicates poor driving skills.

just put a NOS sticker on and im consistently chirping the tires in all gears
