Hard Shutter and Shaking on Hard Braking !!!
i think my Rotors are toast ....i was coming off this long toll bridge ....opened up the Type R a bit ....to about 130 mph ....and then started braking .....then i started getting this shaking coming from the steering wheel ...and the pedal got hard ...and was gettiing harder to slow the car down ....
i'm guessing my Rotors are gone .....
i should only need to replace the fronts ....right ...
there seems to be plenty of pad life left ....can i leave the stock pads on ?

keep the pads - replace the rotors with autozone or get them turned. get 4 new rotor screws from acura. the rotors are not "warped" the surface is just not nice and flat/smooth. you can feel this with your finger. you can have the rotors turned if never had that done before and you don't track your car (meaning they are probably too thin and not worth turning). turning is about $10 each and you will still need 4 new screws (if you reuse the ones you have the screw head is likely to break off).

Put anti seize on thouse little screws (the 2 holder the rotor on) and you'll never have to buy any more again. And just hand tighten them, they aren't going any where. And if all else fails, you really don't even need to run thouse screws. All they do is keep the rotor from falling off when you change the tire
