Hi all - maybe everyone in this forum hates these kinds of questions. But, I am not a paint & body person so really don't have the expertise to judge on my own.
Below is an authentic JDM RHD EG6 SiR-S with damage to the front right side. It is available locally. I can get some better pictures tomorrow but I thought I'd ask for H-T's opinion on what they see so far. Rad support is toast, as well as some of the frame under the fender. From what you see, is it possible to fix? Esp the damage by the fender. Still drives straight, AFAIK.
Thanks for your input...
[EDIT] See below for its current status....

pretty sure those parts are available from honda, so in my opinion its fixable as long you have the skills or money to pay someone to fix it.

^ Right. Looks like it needs #10 & 11 + RF fender + rad support. All available from wreckers locally, but 10 & 11 are actually pretty affordable as NEW pieces from Honda.

Well... had a look today. Things are a little more dire. I doubt this is repairable on any kind of reasonable budget.
Great parts car though.

you're better off just doing a RHD conversion to a civic rather than trying to fix that. It wouldn't be cost efficient and slightly dangerous trying to weld new frame on.

Right - my first concern is regarding the safety of any repairs. Not interested in the RHD aspect of the vehicle (in fact, I would be more likely to convert it to LHD). I would have liked to preserve an SiR-S for posterity since they are a rare vehicle, but I think that's no longer a possibility. Its internals (interior, bronze glass, other useful stuff) can live on, however.
Ugh, I meant to reply to your PM and got sidetracked. It would have been very fixable had someone not been an idiot and cut the frame rails
Some people's kids...
As it sits now like you said, great parts car. If it the price is right buy it for quarters and JDM goodies.

Yeah, price was right. Quarters aren't though, surprisingly. Everything else was great. Expect to see the parts for an RHD firewall conversion FS in the near future, incl. the black RHD dash - not always easy to find! RHD doesn't float my boat but I guess some folks would be interested.
I own an SiR-S and am interested in the dash if in good condition as well as the arm rest if it's blk/red checkered. Keyless entry key fob isn't present by chance?

I'll be parting out the whole dash, firewall, st. rack and associated parts to provide someone with an RHD conversion. If you have any questions, etc., please PM me. (This is not a For Sale thread.)
Unfortunately, no FOB. I'll have to see about replacing it.

I'd Fix it man you can buy a shell for 300 bucks maybe even at 500 this car is more valuable in the right hands with the work done properly. and the jdm b16 inside **** the shell fixed with no motor is valuable. I got a friend that sold his shell without the seats and motor for 3k. Id keep buy it if the price was right so happens I have a eg that was hit in the rear.
