Is it a tuning issue? (car stalls out after turbo install)
So a friend of mine finished installing a (pieced together) turbo kit on my civic. Now when you go to start it, it will run for a min before stalling out. He said the wideband would read full rich and that it's injecting too much fuel causing the engine to flood. He said once tuned it will be fine, but I want to know is if it's really just a tuning issue?
this is on a sirII engine (98 coupe) with 440cc injectors, resistor box, stock fuel pump, ngk iridium spark plugs
other than that, basic turbo parts, p28 ecu tuned for na with chrome

so i actually got my hand on the car today. all the car does is turn over, my AFR would read 17.3, then slowly fall back after i stopped trying to crank
took out plugs, they were all very wet and reeked of gasoline. I burnt them all + disconnected the IC hose all the way to the TB and at first it sounded like it wanted to start, twice, but then would just turn over. Take out plugs, very wet again, this time AFR reading high 16's
im pretty sure if i hooked up a leaf blower to my TB the thing would start lol
