Default greddy oil probs d16y8

I have a d16y8 in a 96 civic. The greddy turbo kit oil feed T, and Male unions provided are good, however, the Oil presure sender hits a plastic cased electrical wire bundle when assembled. And the bundle cant be moved. Thus creating a lot of physical pressure on the T fitting to the block. How do other D16y8 owners who use the greddy system fix this? I was thinking of running a 1/8 BPST line off the block and into the T, however, where can I get a 1/8 BPST male end hose??

I had the same problem. I tried cutting the plastic and bending back the bundle (which didn't work too well) and so I've left it like that ever since. There is unnecessary pressure on that T-fitting but my setup has been fine for well over a year. I would also like to explore an alternative such as this option from Endyn's website

Unfortunately, I do not know of where you can buy any line from. I'm not sure what others have done to counteract this problem.

im working on getting some 1/8 inch BPST male end line. If you are interested let me know. Im about to order some of those special tapered 1/8"BPST male end line so you can have a "endyn" setup. If you try 1/8"NPT ends youll find they are slighty too big. Almost everyone does it, but im not damaging any threads on the block-its not worth it. The lines will be stainless steel teflon lined line, professionally pressed with 1/8BPST ends on it. Good to 1600psi.

steve @turbocivic.net just used the greddy setup. And from the pics, he also has the same clearance issues as we do.
