Engine knock, or rough idle???
I came into ownership of my b-e-a-utiful Phoenix Yellow 01 ITR (#1112) this past september, i took it to my local Honda dealer to get it all checked out and somehow they seperated the oil dip stick support tube from the block and some oil drained out and shot all over the inside of my engine bay, after taking it back and raising some hell they replaced some of the oil and said i should be good to go, ever since then its run a little ruff and idled a bit high 1100-1300RPM and the Maintenence Reqd light came on and I'm kinda lost on what to do, i've already called the dealer for them to take a look at it again but i'm not a trusting person of this dealership. Any advice, tips or things to check, maybe i'm just being paranoid....
I think the tube is a pressure fit, but I am not sure?
As for the maint light that is like any honda, just tells you when you are due for an an oil change.
What is the mileage of the car?
I would get an oil change and do a tune up, cap rotor, wires and plugs and see how it runs.
