My del sol's check engine light came on after driving for 45 min, kept running fine. When i turned it off, the light went off. It did it 2-3 more times. Now it started sputtering in all geers. When the rpms r high it runs better, but it has a constant sputter. I thought it may b an 02 senser, but i am not sure. Nobody can read the codes before 96,
that i have asked. Can anyone help?

 

There is a small blue 2 wire plug located on the passenger side kick panel. Take a small wire or paper clip and make a jumper. Your check engine light will then flash. Count those flashed then report back. We can tell u what they mean.
1 long flash means 10
1 short flash mean 1

Ex.
Long flash, short flash, short flash means 12
