so i have a 2000 civic ex and i want to swap it out with a b20 my engine harness is also chopped up and no good.
what engine harness and ecu can i use? PLEASE HELP!!!!

 

OBD2 LS ECU AND ENGINE HARNESS

 

U can use everything u would use on a LS swap

 

does it matter if its obd2a or obd2b
and will it pass inspection in mass.

u can use another EJ8 harness, but the distrib and a sensor here and there will need to be re-wired. also a ECU harness will need to be used.

Theres also distrib harnesses that are plug and play to save you if your wiring/search challenged.

i def bookmarking this thread since thats the swap im going with

 

use the stock civic harness then buy a crv ecu it should all plug and play. you will have the extra wires to wire a vtec head on if u want to int he future. the crv and your civic harness are identical other then you civic have vtec.
