Default Which fuel regulator for all motor LS?

I'm currently in a debate between the B&M Command Flow and the Blox fuel pressure regulators. Please only comment if you have had experience with either. I'm also leaning toward not even getting an adjustable regulator, since it will not yield many horses. Thanks for the input.

You shoudnt install a fuel pressure regulator unless you are running a bigger fuel pump and bigger injectors and it calls for the fuel pressure to be adjusted during tuneing. If your doing fine on stock psi then there is no need for a fpr.
