cluster is too dim
im not sure what is causing this too be so dim... could it be the cluster or the dimmer??
how do i check what is causing this?

Scroll it up and down and see if the light dim brighter/lower.

it definitely lowers and brightens, but as you can see thats the max that it brightens.

You can always swap it out to LED bulbs. Does your cluster have overlay/add-on face?
