clutch pedal sensors.....please help
whats up every1....just picked up a 2000 gsr and i was fishing around underneath the dashboard and realized that there is two sensors unplugged from the clutch pedal...the car has an alarm and auto start in it....does any1 know what these sensors are and do they need to be plugged in....thanks
The top one will be the CIS, [clutch interlock switch] and the lower one is most likely cruse control disengage switch, neither one of them should be unplugged, the CCDS has nothing to do with the remote start, so not sure why it's unplugged, the CIS is most likely unplugged and "jumped" so engine will crank without stepping on clutch, [not the correct way to do that]. 94
