Got a 94 accord ex that ain't blowing no air...we replaced the fuse and then the blower motor itself and still not getting any air....need some help here
Was the old fuse broken before you replaced it? Was the motor you replaced bench tested before install to ensure it was working? Is the new fuse burnt after the install of the new motor?
If the motor is good and you are not getting power to it, then you have an upstream current issue. If that issue is not blowing a fuse, look for ground issues (loose, corroded, broken) and test all connection point back to battery to see where the current flow is broken. If it blowing fuses, then you have a current surge problem. Get out the multimeter and start tracing wires and testing relays.
Electrical issues are tough to trace and there is no single answer that can be given. But going step by step up the stream of current will isolate the issue fairly quickly.
It is possible the fan motor you put in was defective, but unlikely if a new part. If a used part was sourced, I would confirm it is good first.

The fuse looked good before we even replaced it but we still replaced it anyway...and the motor blower was purchased at our local auto parts store....its supposed to be new and in working condition...and it ain't burning no fuses...but a mechanic said it could be the speed setting **** thingy for the air blower...I didn't know that there could be something wrong with that...all I know is that its just **** that controls the speed setting on the air blower...could it be possible something is wrong with this
Yes, it could be that. It is nothing more than an 'on off' switch with power settings. If one had a light bulb controlled by a switch, and it failed, then you would get no power. (Path of current broken.) It is possible for switches to fail. Not as common as motors burning out, but it happens. That switch is one of those upstream current points that need to be check to make sure current is getting to it and coming out of it in a sufficient amount to power the blower motor.
Two things.
1) Put 12v to the blower motor, does it spin?
2) With a volt meter, set the blower on high, thurn the car on, measure the voltage of the two wires coming into the motor...what are you
getting?
there is a relay involved.

I have similar problem.
2003 Civic 1.7 EX
Blower motor works when test benched.
all fuses are working
the A/C Heater Blower Control Switch was replaced with no effect (the part that was referd to as a AC power Transistor here:
https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-2001-2005-78/diy-how-fix-ac-power-transistor-2041582/
When I turn the iginiton key to on, the blower moter spins for half a second. I hear relays clicking in the under hood fues block.
Last post mentioned that there were relays in the circuit for the blower motor. How do I locate that relay?
Update: I reposted this on the Civic Forum and got some answers that I will follow up on,.

If you swap relays and the problem persists, you might consider this:
