Default Popping issue 94 civic coupe help?

K well its a 94 civic everythime I turn or leave from first or reverse, it will pop maybe two quick times pretty loud from what I believe is the passenger front. now my car needs an alignment....but it can't be just that could it?

and I know for a fact its not either one of my axles because their both brand *** new literally like 4 days old.

Its not because of it being dumped is it? Because I've had several coupes like 5 In total, and everylast one was dumped. Never heard nothing like this. Any insight? Ty HT

Since the axles were just changed, I'd jack up the car and make sure all the bolts ate torqued to spec....
