94 civic coupe/Ls swap with boost -- Broken axles
Posting for a friend. He has a 94 civic coupe. Ls swapped with boost. Long story short.... He keeps breaking passenger side axels. Started with Oreilly remans. Then on to new Oreilly axels. Is there any advice or info on reasons why This is happening or tips to prevent this from happening?
Thanks guys

Brand of axle doesn't matter, don't worry about that part, there's got to be another reason that side is breaking.
Does it break under normal driving conditions or is it driven hard?
Mounts okay?
Does the engine sit straight?
No frame damage? (before some moron corrects me, I realize that Civics are unibodies)
No bent control arms or anything?

Re: 94 civic coupe/Ls swap with boost -- Broken axles
No he never drives hard in 1st. He does drive hard on occasion but only from a roll. He is running stiff hasport mounts and no alignment issue with the motor. That side has very minimal damage to the core support. It wasn't bad at all. I just wonder if that little damage has enough impact to cause the axel to break. Thanks guys for all the input so far. Any other ideas keep them coming please
