Default issues with distributor & stalling

got a little issue here and im hoping to pick someones brain here.i have a 1998 civic dx model(D16Y7) and its automatic.within the last 2 weeks it's burnt 2 coils.just installed the third distributor to get it running.once replaced,i took the car around the block and thats when it started stalling like it was running on 2 or 3 cylinders.need some ideas on where to start to look for the problem.obviously something is burning my coils.checked the harness out and everything seems ok with it.any help would be greatly appreciated....one more thing....the coils that have been replaced have all been oem honda coils.

Have you checked your ignition switch voltage? Sounds like it you're either getting a short or too much constant power from an outside source.
